Melbourne Cup Winner Subzero Fighting Life

Melbourne Cup winner Subzero is seriously ill despite fighting off a bout of colic.
The 1992 Cup winner has been transferred to the Bendigo Equine Hospital with problems with his kidneys.
Subzero was trained by Lee Freedman but since being retired in 1993 has been in the care of Graham Salisbury, working as the mount for Racing Victoria’s clerk of the course and more lately doing promotional events. Read More …
